Das mag daran gelegen haben, da\u00df mein Weib es ebenso positiv bewertete wie ich. Klassisch-ironisches Songwriting von einem Meister des verf\u00fchrenden H\u00fcftschwungs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hailu Mergia &#038; His Classical Instrument &#8211; Shemonmuanaye<\/strong><br \/>\nDas Mulatku Astatke eine coole Sau ist, wu\u00dfte ich schon lange. Mit dem Akkordeon schraubt sich nun Hailu Mergia mit der Pentatonik seines Ethno-Jazz-Folks einen warmen Platz in meinem Bewusstsein. Dazu webt er Moog, Rhodes und Rythm Machine so ineinanderwebt, da\u00df man aus diesem feinen Netz nicht mehr entfliehen mag. Auch wenn die Aufnahme von 1985 und damals nur auf Cassette erschienen ist, darf sie nicht in meinen Jahrescharts fehlen. Jahrhundert faseln. Tolle Platte.
